Job Opportunity: Senior Officer Parking And Rangers

Job Description:

Our Town is seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced Senior Officer to join its Parking and Rangers team in a full-time permanent capacity. This role represents an opportunity to work in a progressive, change-focused environment with a dynamic future and great culture of respect, collaboration, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education of the public on parking, animals, litter, and bushfire control regulations.
  • Enforcement of Council's Local Laws and various legislative requirements.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in a government setting.
  • Highly developed leadership, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Experience in Bush Fire mitigation activities.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Technology, computer literacy, and data capture/analysis skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to promote and enact the Town's values and code of conduct.
  • Customer service and education focus.
Benefits:
  • Salary range of $87,558.64 - $92,336.40.
