Senior Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced Senior Officer to join our Parking and Rangers team in a full-time permanent capacity.
This role represents an opportunity to join a progressive, change-focused team with a dynamic future and great culture of respect, collaboration, and teamwork.
The primary responsibility of this role is to educate the public and enforce legislative requirements relating to parking, animals, litter, and bushfire control.
About the Role- Lead teams in a government setting
- Developed leadership, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Bush Fire mitigation activities experience
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Technology, computer literacy, and data capture/analysis skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to promote and enact values and code of conduct
- Customer service and education focus
- C Class driver's license
- Senior first aid Certificate
- National Police Clearance
- Salary range $87,558.64 - $92,336.40
- Council superannuation contribution up to 17%
- Five weeks annual leave
