About The Role

Join Wilson Parking as Commercial Manager within our Parking Enforcement division, responsible for driving growth and profitability across WA.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the portfolio
• Maintain market knowledge and competitor insights
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Drive new car park growth and maintain client relationships
• Monitor site performance and implement improvement plans
• Review business processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and control
• Support the GM with business planning and operational oversight
• Monitor performance data, investigate variances, and develop action plans
• Deliver timely reports on performance, market trends, risks, and opportunities
  
  

About You

• Middle management experience in commercial operations, strategy or business development is highly regarded
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in tender/proposal preparation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Strong marketing, planning, and organisational abilities
• Analytical, solutions-focused thinker with sound decision-making skills
• Tertiary qualification in business or a related field is highly desirable
