Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced injection moulding machine operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to keep it in optimal working condition.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Proven experience as an injection moulding operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with injection moulding machines and their operation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and afternoon shifts as needed.
