Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a full-time permanent Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our factory/workshop in Laverton North. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a manufacturing environment, including working towards daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a pop rivet gun to assemble stud frames.
  • Operate a CNC machine.
  • Reference drawings to produce and assemble parts.
  • Follow a production sequence to meet daily KPIs/targets.
  • Perform quality assurance checks for the assembled frame.
  • E nsure sufficient task analysis is completed to carry out work safely.
  • Operate a forklift (desired but not essential).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Honesty about recent experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Able to interpret technical/fabrication drawings.
  • Commitment to safety and standard work practices.
  • Ability to produce quality outcomes with continuous improvement and quality control.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Current forklift license (preferred).
  • Somewhat flexible availability on occasion.
