**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Inspect fabricated products to ensure conformity with specified requirements
  • Verify weld macros against specifications
  • Identify workplace hazards, incidents, near misses, and environmental incidents
  • Comply with operating procedures, OHS policies, and HS&E Policy
  • Participate in training activities related to responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Production Manager, Fabrication Group Leaders, and Quality Engineer-Plant for product validation

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of welding methodology and experience in MIG fabrication
  • Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and welding drawings
  • Understanding of welding symbols, terminology, and failure modes
  • Experience in weld inspection and macro preparation
  • Metrology skills: ability to measure products using Height Gauge, Verniers, etc.
  • Basic computer skills
