Product Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to support the growth of our flagship medication dispensing robotics - BD Rowa across ANZ.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to develop and complete comprehensive marketing plans, prepare engaging marketing materials, and build and deliver Omnichannel campaigns with clearly defined metrics and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to drive business growth in the retail pharmacy market.
  • Design and implement effective marketing materials, value dossiers, and sales tools that communicate the benefits of our products to customers.
  • Build and execute Omnichannel campaigns with well-defined objectives and measurable results.
  • Maintain and enhance partnership agreements to meet commitments and improve opportunities for BD Rowa and Parata System.
  • Establish and nurture connections with essential stakeholders, customers, and partners to promote ongoing awareness of our brands.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales or marketing experience within the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with pharmacy automation solutions or retail pharmacy experience is preferred.
  • Proven strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing portfolio strategies.
