About the Role

As a Financial Planner, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional phone-based and face-to-face financial advice. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will deliver top-notch, member-focused retirement advice while identifying opportunities to enhance and expand their member services. You will have the chance to attend seminars and grow your career and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding personal and general advice to ensure exceptional service for our members.
  • Spot and act on opportunities to boost member growth and retention.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with deep knowledge of the superannuation industry, including legislative, product, and provider updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance and technical knowledge to offer top-tier advice in the client's best interest.
  • Deliver a professional, member-centric experience in every interaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Financial Planner.
  • Relevant Financial Planning qualifications and successful completion of the Financial Adviser exam.
  • Experience with Xplan and familiarity with Industry Fund Services are desirable but not essential.
  • High motivation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
