Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Home Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living.
  • Maintain a respectful and compassionate approach when working with clients.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve client goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check.
  • Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate.
  • Smart mobile phone.
  • Driver's licence and own reliable presentable car.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care.
  • Passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people in a community setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
