Home Care Support Role

We are seeking experienced home care professionals who share our passion for providing high-quality services to individuals in their own homes.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to a supportive community environment.

About the Role

As a home care support worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, and other essential tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support and care to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  • Offer domestic assistance, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Transport clients to appointments and social events
  • Remind clients of medication schedules and provide general support

Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or a related field, have a current first aid certificate, and hold a valid driver's license. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
