About the Role- Provide person-centred care to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being through activities such as:
- Clinical assessments and interventions to improve quality of life;
- Development and implementation of personalized care plans;
- Maintenance of accurate records and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
