Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned senior frontend engineer to play a crucial role in shaping and driving the development of high-quality, scalable APIs that enhance the design functionality of our editor.

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality APIs and frameworks, leveraging your expertise in software development and API design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate engineering needs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders within the organization.
  • Lead efforts to achieve team goals, improve processes, and refine solutions for continuous improvement, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and alignment across teams, driving strategic initiatives that enhance the overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient frontend codebase using modern web technologies.
  • API/SDK Design Experience: Design, develop, and deploy scalable APIs and SDKs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Strong understanding of computer science principles: Apply fundamental computer science concepts to drive innovative solutions and optimize system performance.
  • Performance Debugging & Benchmarking: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing system responsiveness and user experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Frontend Stack Experience: Proficient in modern frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in designing and developing internal or external APIs and SDKs, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, data structures, solution design, and design patterns, applying these principles to drive efficient and effective solutions.
