You'll be joining a high-performing, values-driven engineering organisation that's investing heavily in technology transformation. The business is moving from a legacy platform to a modern, decoupled architecture and you'll play a central role in shaping that future from the frontend perspective. You'll partner with the Head of Engineering, CIO and Design System Lead and collaborate with senior product leaders, and guide a distributed team of talented engineers. Together, you'll create an environment that thrives on collaboration, quality, and speed.
