About the Role

Overview

Salesforce Cloud Specialist will be part of the IT CRM team, working closely with the Customer Care Business Group to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required.
  2. Provide Tier 1 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the system.
  3. Manage Salesforce application using Salesforce Setup menu creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots and report types.
  4. Validate Salesforce rules and custom workflows.
  5. Knowledge of architecting integration Solution between SFDC and External Systems.
  6. Knowledge on Lighting Enablement, Aura framework and Lightning web components.
  7. Proficiency in SFDC development environment including Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services.
  8. Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance and risk.
  9. Deploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggers.
  10. Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint-based project delivery.
  11. Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries.

Requirements

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  1. 4+ years of experience developing custom applications on Salesforce development environment including Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services.
  2. Solid understanding of Salesforce, such as configuration, workflows, triggers, managing custom objects, fields, formulas, Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, Web Services, Lighting Enablement, Aura framework and Lightning web components.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments.
  4. Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement.
  5. Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with remote IT and business team members.
  6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
