Job Description

Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EL2 Chief Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software projects, building and refining processes and practices, and influencing team capability.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing Salesforce Vlocity components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and version control systems.
  • Developing and implementing OOP, frameworks, and design patterns, and building and working with integration (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events).
  • Maintaining high-level Salesforce certifications and staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a software developer with a track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Vlocity components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and version control systems.
  • Experience working with OOP, frameworks, and design patterns, and building and working with integration (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events).
  • High-level Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Architect Domain).
