Production Administration Specialist

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the manufacturing department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of key administrative, inventory, and documentation tasks that underpin daily manufacturing output.
Reporting directly to the Production Leader, you will work closely with production planners and team leaders to raise purchase orders, manage and track production stock and inventory, process production paperwork, and maintain accurate digital records in our Microsoft Dynamics system.
RequirementsWe are looking for an individual with prior experience in manufacturing, inventory, or production administration who is proficient in utilising systems and has a strong attention to detail. You will possess excellent documentation skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proficiency in using systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Prior experience in manufacturing, inventory, or production administration
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
