About This Opportunity

As a passionate Dietitian, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dietetic services across Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.

This permanent part-time role in Hobart offers flexible working hours, strong clinical support, and a structured onboarding program with ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised nutrition care to adults in aged care and community settings
  • Support improved nutrition and hydration systems in aged care homes
  • Conduct menu and mealtime assessments
  • Facilitate engaging education sessions
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Contribute positively to our team culture and live out the values of our organisation
  • Embrace continuous learning and evidence-based practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
  • Current registration with DA
  • This is a mobile role; willingness to travel is essential
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
  • Australian working rights
  • Proof of Covid-19 & Current Flu Vaccination
