Regular travel to the operational sites to support leading the team and enable understanding of the operations and maintain relationships with operational personnel will be required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complexity into simplicity in order to problem solve at the right level, and enable risk-based decision making">
