Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC professional to conduct warranty-related installations and repairs on residential HVAC systems.

This position involves troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems, replacing defective components and parts under warranty, and documenting all work performed.

A valid driver's license, EPA certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Performing troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems.
  • Replacing defective components and parts under warranty, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
  • Documenting all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.

Additional qualifications include advanced trouble-shooting abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Advanced trouble-shooting abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • EPA certification required; additional certifications or licenses may be preferred.
