Content Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Content Specialist to create engaging visual content and develop strategic social media plans for our clients.

  • Create high-quality photo and video content for a range of clients in Melbourne and Victoria
  • Develop and implement content calendars across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Write compelling captions and brand-aligned copy for social media posts and stories
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on behalf of our clients in their unique tone and voice
  • Collaborate with our account management team to align content with client goals and objectives
  • Work with our in-house production team to develop briefs and shot lists for content creation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, consumer culture, and industry best practices
  • Analyse content performance and provide insights for future optimisation
About You
  • A keen eye for visuals and strong understanding of social media marketing principles
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including reels, stories, and native editing
  • Strong copywriting skills that reflect brand tone and voice
  • Prior experience in hospitality marketing or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to juggle multiple client accounts, calendars, and creative formats
  • Highly organised with a proactive and collaborative approach
