Job Overview:
As Project Manager, you will be accountable for the full lifecycle management of brownfield projects, focusing on water infrastructure. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and close-out.
- Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team across multiple work fronts.
- Ensure seamless integration of project activities with existing operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors.
- Maintain clear and timely project reporting.
Success Measures:
- Safe and efficient delivery of all assigned projects.
- Strong alignment with operational and HSE standards.
- Positive engagement with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Delivery of accurate reporting and forecasting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience delivering brownfield projects.
- Technical understanding of water systems.
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in project management within the mining or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
