We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Greenwich College. As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students.
Key Responsibilities:- To deliver training and assessment services in line with the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification or higher.
- To have relevant vocational qualifications and competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
- To have current industry experience that demonstrates the relevant vocational competencies.
- To have current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning.
- To be able to translate industry experience in community services into quality training.
- To have highly developed interpersonal skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds.
- To be well organised with outstanding time management skills.
- To be able to work collegially and autonomously.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant industry training experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A good understanding of training packages and the ability to deliver training content in a flexible learning environment.
- Well versed with Standards for RTO's 2015.
- The willingness to contribute to resource development and participate in assessment validation activities.
