Foundry Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Foundry Production Specialist to join our team in Ballina, Australia. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective manufacturing of foundry products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan daily output and approach tasks in a productive manner to meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
  • Manufacture moulds according to work schedules, ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality requirements, and secure moulds ready for pouring.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently, checking castings for defects and contributing to process improvements.
  • Work closely with the Production Support Team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Motivated individual with an impeccable safety record and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to operate a forklift licence (desirable).
