Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the Brisbane store. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and meeting store standards.
Delivering excellent customer service involves being approachable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs. You will also contribute to a safe and positive store environment by following all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage with customers effectively. Additionally, you will need to be confident working independently while committed to supporting your team.
