Job Overview

This role requires leading a small team of field engineers and ensuring the commercial, technical, and financial performance of a portfolio of BESS sites. The successful candidate will have experience in asset management, preferably within energy or infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle performance of BESS assets under your remit, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of field engineers, ensuring high performance and development.
  • Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to support asset-level P&L forecasting and budget tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably within energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of BESS technologies and field service operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
