Lead a team to deliver high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children with special needs.

Create engaging experiences using industry-leading tools, mentor your team to develop their skills and advance within the sector.

Collaborate closely with your manager to support the service's needs and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

  • Roster staff with guidance from your manager.
  • Maintain compliance documents and perform administrative tasks.

About you

You are a dedicated individual passionate about improving children's lives and have experience working with children who require additional support.

Fine communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, previous experience in childcare or OSHC is essential.

  • Hold a recognized qualification in teaching, childcare or community services.
  • Valid Employee Blue Card for the relevant state.
  • Will to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid certification in a childcare setting.
  • Will to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
