Lead Speech Therapist

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in speech and language therapy, be registered with the relevant professional body, and possess specialized knowledge of swallowing disorders and neurology.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced speech therapist to work closely with our clinical lead to deliver high-quality services.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing communication needs, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
About You:- You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication barriers and develop personalized strategies to overcome them.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate speech therapy into patient care plans and achieve consistent results.
- Prioritize cases based on urgency and need, ensuring timely interventions that meet individual requirements.
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or related field.
- HCPC registration and active membership.
- Specialized knowledge of dysphagia, ABI, and SaLT models.
