The ideal candidate will provide PMO support to AESOP's technology integration with L'Oréal, overseeing all workstreams and projects as needed. This involves assisting the Programme and Integration Leads in governance, planning, prioritisation, change control, reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, issue resolution, and knowledge management activities.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Technology activities throughout the M&A lifecycle, focusing on post-merger integration and long-term Technology transformation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless Technology integration within scope and budget.
  • Tracking and reporting programme and project status, managing risk, issues, and change requests.
  • Supporting the implementation of the Technology integration strategy, including developing guiding principles, protocols, procedures, documentation, standards, and KPIs.
  • Providing assistance to Technology project teams, applying project/programme management principles and executing projects where required.
  • Contributing to the development and communication of program and project plans and business cases.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of overall integration plans, tracking interdependencies and escalating conflicts as needed.
  • Preparing routine reports and documentation as necessary.
  • Providing support to steerco's as required, including developing steerco packs and documentation, and following up on minutes.
  • Producing project status/update packs as needed.

A competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
