This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about developing into a future leader and has the passion to mentor and lead teams.

  • Provide technical design and leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments across civil infrastructure projects.
  • Be proactive to deliver high-quality and timely technical outputs that meet client expectations.
  • Champion innovation and digital solutions to enhance client value and project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and empower both your and their careers.

Key qualifications include a Civil Engineering Degree or appropriate equivalent, demonstrated experience managing complex projects, and extensive experience within Defence Infrastructure in Australia and holding relevant clearances. Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal skills is also required.
