Customer Service Host

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our display hosting team.
About Us:
We lead the market in every segment from first homes to luxury residences. We exist to deliver the dream of home ownership, providing exceptional quality homes and award-winning customer service.
The Key Responsibilities Involves:
- Acknowledge and engage with all clients that walk into display home
- Walk clients through homes demonstrating all premium and standard inclusions
- Hand out appropriate brochures
- Use Counters to track No. of groups that have visited the display per day
- Completion of Weekly Traffic Report
- Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks
To Be Successful:
- You will have experience in a related customer-facing discipline
- You will be passionate about progressing your career in the Building Industry
- You will take an active approach to shop competitors, visit Home and Land agents in the areas and obtain land listing, source and learn as much information available to you in the display office
