Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our team. Reporting to the Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As a Concierge, you will be the face of our hotel, and your role is crucial in setting the tone for our guests' stay. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and anticipate guests' needs to deliver a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be attentive to detail, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will also be required to engage with guests, provide assistance, and build relationships to ensure their stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Address guests' service needs in a professional, timely manner.
  • Anticipate guests' service needs and act on them whenever possible.
  • Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
  • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions.
  • Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities within guidelines.
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
  • Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
  • Stay up-to-date on the local area so that you are prepared to provide specific recommendations for guests.
