About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within our People Operations team, responsible for designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies that drive excellence across all recruitment touchpoints.

The successful candidate will oversee a small but high-performing team, remaining hands-on with recruitment for senior, critical, and hard-to-fill roles. They will work closely with leaders to forecast workforce demand, build pipelines, and deliver proactive sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high levels of team engagement, providing learning, developing, and stretch opportunities
  • Partner with leaders to forecast workforce demand, build pipelines, and deliver proactive sourcing strategies
  • Work collaboratively to design and deliver a strategic talent acquisition plan in alignment with workforce and projected growth priorities
  • Develop and maintain strategic sourcing partners, including learning institutions, RTOs, Hotel Schools, and Universities, to ensure a robust sourcing pipeline
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints
  • Lead the execution of onboarding learning delivery and operations, ensuring effective facilitation of learning programs
  • Responsible for ensuring the team supports conformance to all onboarding requirements, enabling compliance with legislation and associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
About You

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with a deep understanding of sourcing channels and success in executing proactive recruitment campaigns. You should have hands-on experience in succession planning, retention strategies, and managing applicant tracking systems. Your strategic mindset and operational expertise make you a trusted partner in driving recruitment excellence.
