We have a dedicated Human Resources team responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing employees across the globe, supporting areas including recruitment, diversity, talent development, benefits, and employee relations.

In this role, you will:

- Utilize various sourcing channels and technologies to create a pipeline of talented individuals and convert them into active job applicants.

- Leverage AI tools to increase automation and accuracy.

- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting and sourcing, ideally from the banking, finance, or outsourcing industries.

- Demonstrate significant experience in the full sourcing lifecycle and understanding of APAC talent pools and trends.

- Experience with CRM systems and AI tools is highly regarded.

- Be able to work in a complex matrix organization with a broad range of roles at different levels.

- Drive results in a metrics-driven environment where data is used to evidence successful outcomes.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
