About This Role:

A highly skilled property expert is required to provide exceptional services to buyers from Vietnam. This position offers a unique opportunity for personal growth and financial rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert advice on Australian properties to clients from Vietnam, leveraging Mandarin or Vietnamese language skills.
  • Build strong relationships with clients using social media platforms like Facebook, Zalo (Vietnam), and Instagram.
  • Guide clients through the entire property buying process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Receive comprehensive training on Australian property knowledge, sales techniques, and social media strategies.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates with experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous sales experience required, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, client-first attitude.
  • Confident using social media to build a personal brand and generate leads.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to develop a successful sales career.
  • Valid real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain, training provided).
