About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our water resources team. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of our state's water register and online portal, mywater.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the state's new water register and online portal, mywater.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve departmental objectives.
- Provide leadership to a team of delegates and drive a culture of high performance and governance.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A broad knowledge of key aspects of water management within the public sector context.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- The ability to develop constructive stakeholder relationships and manage competing demands across government, industry, and the community.
