Personal Care Specialists

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Extended Care Assistants.
The successful candidates will provide high-quality person-centred care to residential and home-based aged care clients, maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care assistance to residents with daily living activities and lifestyle needs.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal care outcomes.
- Completing accurate and timely documentation, and assisting with assessments and reviews as required.
- A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Experience in an Extended Care Assistant or Personal Care Worker role.
- Ability to work across all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- A current Police Check, valid for at least 12 months.
