Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a structured customer contact plan to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain and enhance positive working relationships with assigned customers to build customer loyalty and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify and thoroughly follow up on new business, product, and/or project opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Resolve customer issues, disputes, and/or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure all customers are trading within their allocated credit limits and continually identify and assist in managing risk.
- Proactively promote the full product and service range within the territory to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and/or projects within the allocated territory and convert new leads and/or projects in line with allocated budget targets.
- Work collaboratively across business functions to maximize business performance.
- Experience in B2B sales/account management, preferably in the Concrete/Construction/Building Materials or related sectors.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to communicate openly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and with high-level time management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and other systems required to do the role effectively.
