About the Role- You will lead teams to gather and analyze relevant data, drawing evidence-based conclusions on complex competition issues.
- Develop and implement plans for investigations and projects, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identify suitable resolutions for market behaviors and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare for litigation, including drafting briefs and obtaining witness statements.

- You should have tertiary qualifications in economics, law, or related fields.
- A strong understanding of the competition provisions in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other relevant legislation is essential.
- Experience in leading investigations into complex matters and/or competition law issues is necessary.
- You must be able to conduct objective analysis, draw accurate conclusions, and critically assess evidence-based decision making.
- Strong written skills and experience in producing high-quality documentation are required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to foster successful stakeholder relationships.
