As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading your team of clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
  • Ensuring clinical oversight of the home to maintain high standards of care.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and improve quality of care.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all care delivery to ensure best practice.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
  • At least 1 year of Australian nursing experience.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Care Manager or Coordinator in residential aged care.
  • Excellent understanding of accreditation processes and palliative care principles.
