About the Role

This is a key support role to the Head Coach, focusing on creating an exceptional experience for our community.

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, adaptability, and resilience. They will understand and address business information, such as sales forecasts and retail strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team in day-to-day management.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to bring events to life and manage the business.
  • Engage with the team through regular training sessions.
  • Create a community-driven environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop a team of leaders and ensure product knowledge.
Operational Excellence
  • Plan and execute daily game plans to inspire and engage the team.
  • Complete tasks related to stock maintenance and inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate completion of faulty product returns.
  • Responsible for back-of-house organisation and tidiness.
  • Review and understand store KPIs.
