Our organisation is a market leader in the retail hearing health sector. We are actively promoting the idea that hearing checks are simple, quick and easy. This role is a unique mix of retail, sales and healthcare and is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated and driven by purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation daily by engaging with potential customers at our store located in Floreat Forum.
  • Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers.
  • Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability.

Requirements:

  • An experienced and talented receptionist to support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results
  • Outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
  • Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
  • Strong listening and communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer literacy
