The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and inspiring a team of hospitality professionals, with a minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or bar management.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving excellence, mentoring and developing a dedicated team, and enhancing the reputation of the venue.

Working alongside a highly professional and vibrant team, this hands-on leadership position will see you take charge of restaurant operations, elevate service standards, and deliver a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities will include managing staff rosters, budgeting and cost control to drive efficiency and revenue, as well as ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
