Lead Operations and Inspire Strong Leadership

The Sporting Globe is a sports bar where mateship thrives over epic food, cold beer, and a next-level sports setup. We're seeking a strong leader to guide the team and drive operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inspire a culture that's pumped and always game-day ready by leading from the front and fostering teamwork.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to lead daily operations, train staff, and upskill the team to bring their A-game.
  • Drive financial performance and turn insights into winning plays by making informed decisions and optimizing resources.
  • Maintain our brand standards across the venue by ensuring consistency in quality, service, and overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality (preferably in restaurants or pubs).
  • Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional service and teamwork skills, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, rosters, and operational costs to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Hold RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced knowledge.
