We are seeking a Recreation Facilities and Services Projects Officer to join our team in East Gippsland Shire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the capacity of local Committees of Management and ensuring our recreation spaces are well supported.

Our team works alongside communities to grow participation, improve facilities, and back sporting endeavours that bring people together.
About the Role- Lead projects that build the capacity of Committees of Management.
- Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for recreation facilities and services.
- Support the planning, design, and delivery of key recreation projects.
- Build positive relationships with community groups, lessees, and stakeholders.
- Undertake research and prepare reports to support effective decision making.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Bairnsdale, with regular travel across the region.
