We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to provide comprehensive medical services in Alice Springs, Australia.
- Deliver high-quality patient care during clinic hours and be available for after-hours coverage as needed.
- Gather health information and conduct thorough physical examinations.
- Determine diagnoses and direct patients on treatment plans.
- Prescribe medication according to state statute and professional guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure continuity of care by providing timely and effective medical services.
- Foster excellent customer relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Refer patients to external services when necessary.
- Review lab reports, sign, date, and follow up in a timely manner.
- Contribute to protocol updates and external relations.
- Cultivate knowledge and adapt to advancements in medicine.
- Complete required organizational compliance education.
- Experience in clinical practice and a collaborative approach to patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills and empathetic demeanor.
- A minimum of five years of experience as a general practice physician is required.
- A valid license to practice in Australia is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
- Australian citizenship is essential.
- The ability to relocate to Alice Springs, Australia for the duration of the contract is necessary.
- A valid passport must be held prior to relocation.
