Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of grant-funded projects using SmartyGrants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate effective project communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project records, including tracking project milestones and reporting deadlines.
- Support the project team in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and funders.
- Conduct research and gather data relevant to project initiatives where required
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in grant funding regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Administrator, preferably in a grant-funded environment.
- Strong proficiency in using SmartyGrants software or similar grants management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of grant funding processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
