We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Gawler South. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Educators to design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
- Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working closely with the centre leadership team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and the wider community, ensuring a collaborative approach to education and care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current SA Working with Children Check.
