Role: Educational Leader
Centre: Goodstart Gawler South
Employment Type: Full time 38hrs a week
Pay: Ranges from $33.71 to $59.13 per hour – experience and qualification dependent
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators to enhance educational programs, deepen their understanding of child development, and guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. You'll work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
About Goodstart Gawler South
- The centre is conveniently located next to the railway station, making daily commuting easier.
- Open Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6.30pm.
- We provide high-quality education and care for 90 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
- Our large outdoor space and well-stocked veggie gardens offer a solid base for teaching sustainability and environmental awareness.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current SA Working with Children Check.
