About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Gawler South. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in collaborating with Educators to observe, review, and enhance the educational programs offered to children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to achieve educational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current SA Working with Children Check.
