About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties located across various regions.

You will build strong relationships with our investors and tenants, providing industry-leading property management services. Your duties will include carrying out routine inspections, preparing entry and exit reports, managing arrears, and following up on lease renewals.

As a trusted professional, you will work autonomously, supported by a team of Assistant Property Managers, Trust Accounting, Maintenance, your colleagues, and your manager. We pride ourselves on creating a positive workplace culture, and we invite you to be part of it.

About You
  • You must hold a Real Estate Certificate of Registration for your relevant state.
  • Prior experience in property management and knowledge of rental tenancy legislation for your relevant state is essential.
  • You should possess relevant skills and experience in working effectively and sensitively with a diverse customer group with complex needs.
  • You will need to have confidence in liaising with various stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working within a large, diverse, and busy team is highly valued.
  • You should have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience working on Property Management Programs and Microsoft Office efficiency is desirable.
  • A current driver's license is required.
  • A satisfactory police check is necessary.
